The CEAS EuroGNC 2026 conference will be held 5-7 May 2026 at the Puerta de Toledo Campus, of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Founded in 1989, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) is one of the most prestigious universities in Spain. With four Campus in Getafe, Leganés, Madrid-Puerta de Toledo and Colmenarejo, UC3M is an institution with a distinctly international profile. It is the first university in Spain and the third in Europe in the number of its students participating in the Erasmus student exchange programs and nearly 20% of the student body is made up of international students. The university has a strong reputation in business subjects and Economics, where it is regularly ranked amongst the top 50 institutions worldwide. UC3M is the first Spanish university and the 35th in the world in the QS ranking of the 50 best universities in the world under 50 years of age and it is among the world’s best universities in 13 academic fields according QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023.

Venue Information

All conference activities will be held at the Puerta de Toledo Campus. To help you navigate the venue, please refer to the map on the left.

  • Registration Desk: Located immediately at the main entrance of the building. Please stop here first to collect your badge and social tickets.

  • Conference Rooms: All sessions and presentations will take place on Floor -1.

  • Networking & Catering: The Auditorium Hall (located on Floor -1) will be the central hub for:

    • Coffee breaks and networking lunches.

    • The Welcome Cocktail.

    • Poster session and Cocktail

Location

The meeting will take place at the Puerta de Toledo Campus of the Carlos III University of Madrid, conveniently located in the heart of the city.

We strongly recommend to come to the congress using public transport or taxis. There are public parking around the campus, but it is a highly dense and demanded area.
