EuroGNC is organised by a group of volunteers working in aerospace for academic institutions, research centres, and industry.

They are organised in two main committees: the CEAS Guidance, Navigation, and Control Technical Committee (CEAS GNC TC) and the Local Organising Committee (LOC). The former (CEAS GNC TC) is active on the long term whereas the latter (LOC) is renewed for each edition. Both committee work hand in hand and always have common members. Roughly speaking, the role of the CEAS GNC TC is to manage the continuity, ensure the scientific organisation of the conferences (e.g. reviewing and selecting the papers) whereas the LOC manages all “local” matters (e.g. location, agenda, catering, reception and dinners, technical tours, etc.).

The national aerospace society of the country organising the conference is usually providing significant and very valuable support to the local organising committee. The CEAS GNC TC and the respective past LOCs thank them all for their assistance.

The EuroGNC conference is co-sponsored by AIAA. Several CEAS GNC TC members are also active in different AIAA Technical Committee and AIAA TCs have been supporting EuroGNC (e.g. by reviewing some of the submitted papers or by advertising the conference). The CEAS GNC TC thanks AIAA and its TCs for their support.
