Fees

1he registration fees for EuroGNC 2026 are given in the table below. The registration fees are Euros (EUR) and defined without VAT. At the time of writing, the standard VAT rate is 21% in Spain.

1-day package allowing undergrads and master students to present their work and attend one day of the conference.
Includes one paper (poster presentation) as well as coffee breaks and the lunch on the day of the poster session.
Also applicable to those who recently finished their thesis and present the work they did as students.

1 CEAS members are members of CEAS or of one of its member societies. Social events (conference dinner and reception) have limited spaces, and attendance cannot be guaranteed for bookings made after April 20th 2026. You will be contacted by event organisers if social events are fully booked.

2 For undegrads/master students posters, the initial submission requirement reduced to a 1-2 pages extended abstract (or more) describing the topic, the approach, and the obtained/expected results. The first affiliation on the paper/poster must be that of the degree-granting university/centre where the student is doing/did his/her thesis.
