Fees

rThe registration fees for EuroGNC 2026 are given in the table below (updated on Jan. ^30th, 2026). The organisation team could reduce some of the prices or include more within the same price. And thanks to the efforts of the UC3M, the conference is exempted of the 21% VAT otherwise applicable in Spain. Additionally, thanks to the support of our outstanding sponsors, we have be able to

include a paper upload with the student registration and
to reduce the cost of additional articles.

Full registration – non members *Includes* all days/sessions (except workshops), all lunches/coffees, the conference dinner, and the fees for uploading 1 article* (you can upload up to 2 others with additional charges, cf. below)*	525 €	600 €

Undergrad / Master Student Poster and Registration *Only for current or recent (2024-2026) undergraduate / master students submitting a 1-page abstract by 8th Feb’2026.* You will be notified of acceptance by 16th February, and must submit the final poster PDF by 20th April. It is a special 1-day package that includes the presentation of the UG/Master thesis work poster, attendance that day to the conference, and the coffees/lunch at the site on that day.	50 €	75 €

Pre-conference workshop It includes attendance to workshop only (with coffee/lunches) on Monday 4th of May from 8:30 to 17:30. There is a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 attendees per workshop. Please do not register yet for the pre-conference workshops. Instead, if you intend to participate, we kindly ask you to express your interest as soon as possible (strongly recommended to do so before 1st April). To express your interest, please send an email to eurognc26@uc3m.es with the subject line: “EuroGNC26: pre-conference workshop interests”. If sufficient participants register (counting both workshops), a get-together dinner will be organized for the workshop participants and lecturers on Tuesday 5th May without charge.		125 €

¹ CEAS members are members of CEAS or of one of its member societies. Social events (conference dinner and reception) have limited spaces, and attendance cannot be guaranteed for bookings made after April 1^st (and extra conference dinners only if available). You will be contacted by event organisers if social events are fully booked. ² For undergrads/master students posters, the initial submission requires only a 1-page abstract providing the title, authors/affiliations, and a description of poster/topic and its significant to EuroGNC26. The first affiliation on the paper/poster must be that of the degree-granting university/centre where the student is doing/did the thesis.

To enforce a “no paper, no podium” policy, the presenting author must be registered by April 1^st 2026. Other attendees may still register after this date.
