Please note that access to some of the events depends on the type of registration. An e-mail will be sent to all registered participants with a form to indicate your attendance at the social events. Responses must be submitted by April 1st. This is the deadline to secure a spot, except for events with limited capacity, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

A bus will be provided departing / returning from UC3M-Puerta Toledo at the indicated hours. The participants will be split into two groups, and both will visit each installation for 1’5 hours taken from one to the other by the same bus.
UC3M – Center for Space Technology and Nano/Micro Satellites
UC3M-CSAT is a new 180m2 state-of-the-art research and testing facility for space technology and nano/micro-satellites. It provides researchers, universities, and industry partners access to advanced Assembly, Integration, Verification and Testing (AIVT) infrastructure such as: (i) a large magnetic cage equipped with a very low-friction air-bearing table capable of testing satellites up to 150-200kg; (ii) high-fidelity GNSS/GPS hardware emulators and signal generator/analysis equipment; (iii) ESD-protected areas for sensitive electronic components integration; and (iv) a 70m2 ISO-8 clean room with an 11kN shaker with slip table.

Museum of Aeronautics and Astronautics
Discover the history of Spanish aviation and space exploration at the Museo de Aeronáutica y Astronáutica, featuring historic aircraft, spacecraft models, and fascinating aerospace exhibits.
The objective of the museum is to acquire, conserve and display the aircraft, equipment and associated paraphernalia that constitute the historical heritage of the Spanish Air Force. It has an exterior exhibition and seven hangars. They house aircraft, uniforms, medals and decorations, vehicles, mock-ups, and other aviation-related displays.
